BI-LO Charities and Chattanooga Community Team Up to Build Kids’ Dream Playground

Beginning Tuesday, August 25, BI-LO Charities and more than 700 volunteers from the Chattanooga area community will come together to build a new playground at East Brainerd Elementary School.
