BI-LO Charity Classic
The BI-LO Charity Classic is an annual charity golf tournament held in Greenville, South Carolina. Its purpose is to raise funds for charitable organizations within the communities BI-LO serves in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. In its 28-year history, the Charity Classic has raised over $58 million. The 29th BI-LO Charity Classic will be held June 2nd- 4th, 2012. **NEW** For the 2012 Player Book please click here. Nine with Wine
Join BI-LO Charities for a unique ladies' charity golf outing, wine tasting and luncheon. More information soon on this year's event.
Sippin Safari
With proceeds benefiting the Greenville Zoo's Ed-zoo-cation programs, this annual wine tasting fundraiser has become a hit in the Upstate. Wine and food stations throughout the zoo showcase BI-LO’s best wine, deli, and bakery vendors. This event is strictly for adults age 21 and older. ID must be shown at the gate for entry. Sippin' Safari will be September 7, 2012 from 6:30pm to 10pm.
Susan G. Komen
BI-LO Charities supports those who volunteer their time, talent, and resources to better the lives of those affected by breast cancer in our communities. For the past several years, BI-LO Charities and BI-LO have supported the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. BI-LO Charities support races throughout our markets so the battle of breast cancer is fought one step at a time. For more information on the local races please check back with us soon.
Hunger Relief
BI-LO Charities recognizes the need of those in our communities without the resources to feed themselves or their families. Each year, BI-LO Charities hosts two Hunger Relief scan programs -- one during the summer and one through the holiday season. Each $5 donation at your local BI-LO store purchases a box of Southern Home food. Your local BI-LO store selects a food bank in the community to benefit from your generosity during the Hunger Relief programs. This year's Hunger Relief summer program will held be held July 11, 2012 through August 28, 2012. The holiday Hunger Relief program will run from November 14, 2012 through December 29, 2012.
Playground Build
BI-LO Charities, East Brainerd Elementary and the East Brainerd community are teaming up to build a much needed playground for the school. For more information on the school, please click here. Please check back here soon for updates on the build.
