MORE THAN 400 NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS RECEIVE NEARLY $100,000 THROUGH BI-LO CHARITIES’ boostersplus® PROGRAM
This month, more than 400 non-profit organizations across BI-LO’s operating area of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee will receive nearly $100,000 through BI-LO Charities’ boostersplus® program, which gives BI-LO shoppers the opportunity to select community organizations to receive a portion of the proceeds from their purchases.

BI-LO CHARITY CLASSIC PRESENTS FOURTH ANNUAL FIRST TEE INVITATIONAL
For the fourth consecutive year, the BI-LO Charity Classic will present the First Tee Invitational, which provides a day of fun and golf along with mentoring and motivational speakers for 24 youth participants from Greenville and Spartanburg’s First Tee chapters. BI-LO CHARITIES AND WESTERN UNION FOUNDATION DONATE MORE THAN $282,000 TO AMERICAN RED CROSS
When BI-LO Charities heard of the devastation caused in Haiti by the earthquakes this past January the organization immediately developed a program to support the victims of the tragedy and launched an initiative to raise funds for the American Red Cross in BI-LO stores. As a result of this fundraising program, BI-LO Charities and the Western Union Foundation recently presented a check to the American Red Cross for more than $282,000.
